The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Arizona (PACCA) was established in 1994 by a group of Filipino small business owners. Elected Officers and Board Members serve voluntarily and hold term of offices for one year. The main objective of the Chamber is to promote, foster and enhance the business relationships between the members of the Chamber and the general business community inside and outside of Arizona and in the Philippines.

The Chamber meets every first Wednesday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The 3000 Club, 1741 W. Rose Garden Lane, Suites 6-9, Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Loop 101, North of 19th Avenue/Rose Garden Lane).
