A Legacy of Leadership and Service
Established by a dedicated group of Filipino American entrepreneurs, PACCA operates under the leadership of elected Officers and Board Members who serve voluntarily for two-year terms. The Chamber is committed to promoting, fostering, and strengthening business relationships within its membership and the broader community, both locally and globally. Among its esteemed pioneers and past presidents who continue to play a vital role are Leonardo Aromin (Lifetime Member), Priscilla Chesler, and Ethel Luzario.

In 2020, PACCA underwent a transformative phase under the leadership of Edward Lago, leading to remarkable membership growth and increased engagement in dynamic business initiatives. A key milestone was reached in February 2021, when PACCA became an integral member of the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce (COFACC), further strengthening its influence and partnerships.

A major leap forward took place on April 19, 2023, when PACCA expanded its reach by launching its first chapter in Tucson—an initiative championed by board member and past president Ethel Luzario, alongside President Edward Lago and Board Member Ron Smith. This expansion is a testament to PACCA’s unwavering commitment to supporting businesses across Arizona. Looking ahead, PACCA remains dedicated to establishing more chapters, broadening its network, and providing valuable resources to entrepreneurs and professionals.
